Before starting the incorporation process, ensure you have:
- ✓ Digital Residency - At least one director must be a digital resident
- ✓ Company Name - 2-3 preferred names ready
- ✓ Business Description - Summary of intended activities
- ✓ Shareholder Details - Name, ID, address for all shareholders
Step 1: Choose Company Type

Choose between FZCO (single founder) or FZLLC (partnerships).
Step 2: Name Reservation

Reserve Your Company Name
Submit your preferred company name for approval. Provide 2-3 alternatives in case your first choice is unavailable.
Naming Rules:
- Must end with "FZCO" or "FZ-LLC"
- Cannot be identical or similar to existing names
- Cannot contain restricted words (Bank, Insurance, Government)
- Must be in English or include English transliteration

Step 4: Document Review

Review the generated incorporation documents and sign electronically.

- • Operating Agreement (for FZLLC)
Step 5: Payment & Registration

Pay & Receive Certificate
Complete payment and receive your official company documents.

After Incorporation
Once your company is registered, you can:

- ✓ Apply for licenses if required for your industry
Annual Requirements
To maintain your company in good standing:
- • Pay annual license fee before expiration
- • File annual return confirming company details
- • Keep records updated (director/shareholder changes)
- • Maintain registered address
